Gina Frangello

Gina Frangello is the author of three books of fiction: A Life in Men (forthcoming from Algonquin in Februrary 2014), Slut Lullabies (Emergency Press, 2010) and My Sister’s Continent (Chiasmus, 2006). She is the executive editor and co-founder of the independent fiction press Other Voices Books, and also serves as the Sunday editor of the online literary magazine The Nervous Breakdown. Gina’s short fiction has appeared in dozens of venues including Fence, Prairie Schooner, the Chicago Reader, ACM and Men Undressed: Women Writers and the Male Sexual Experience. Her journalism and book reviews have appeared in many forums in addition to The Rumpus and TNB, including The Huffington Post and the Chicago Tribune.
