Rosellen

Rosellen Brown’s five novels include, most recently, Half a Heart and Before and After (which became a movie starring Meryl Streep and [lamentable] Liam Neeson). She has published three books of poems, a collection of stories, Street Games, and the Rosellen Brown Reader, part of a series by Bread Loaf faculty. Her stories have appeared frequently in Best American Short Stories, O. Henry and Pushcart Prizes and one was included in The Best American Stories of the Century edited by John Updike.  She teaches in the MFA in Writing program at the School of the Art Institute.
